Policy

BunnyGift endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is smooth. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if it is delivered broken we offer exchange for the same.

Return & Cancellation Process

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product delivered, or incorrect product has been delivered. Further, in case the product delivered is in the damaged condition time frame for raising the return/exchange request is 24 hours. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.   2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire products) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images at [email protected] from where our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
  3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, the customer will have to send the product back to us at his/her own expense. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we would dispatch the fresh product.
  4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Cancellation Policy – After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition.

Refunds

  1. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 2-3 days on confirmation.Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded in form of Store Credits. Please allow 2-3 working days for the same.
